Important Guidelines of Sending Issues and Concerns

Please be informed that starting September 1, 2009, we are requiring all our clients to use the official template when sending issues and concerns (AIR, RFC and RFA). The template should have an authorized signature and be sent to our official email address. This is to ensure the proper documentation and monitoring of all received issues and concerns.
